Rebecca is a registered Suzuki violin and viola teacher and she incorporates many tenants of the Suzuki philosophy into her own teaching. 

Although she uses the Suzuki method books as the technical foundation for presenting the skills needed to play the violin or viola, students are not required to move through the books exclusively. At various points in the process, students can choose to work on non-Suzuki repertoire. These pieces are often non-classical repertoire and/or pieces the student enjoys listening to. Rebecca enjoys teaching all styles of music, from fiddle tunes to classical or pop tunes.
